The Junior League of Kansas City regularly evaluates its programs to determine the community’s needs as well as member experience with each of these programs. As part of this ongoing evaluation, JLKC will be sunsetting Community Kits at the end of the 2025-2026 League year. Knowing that these programs are not intended to be indefinite, JLKC determined that the time was right.

Project Period KC will continue as a Signature Program, and JLKC will be regularly evaluating its impact and looking for additional Signature Programming to develop. A special thank you to all the women who served on the Community Kits Committee over the years and helped to make it impactful!
